Education
• Bachelor’s/Honors degree in Hotel Management or an equivalent field
• Certifications in Food Safety, Hygiene, and Culinary Skills are highly desirable
Experience
• At least 3 years

Additional Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a 5-star hotel or resort (or similar) operations, preferably as a Manager or General Manager in Food & Beverage Operations.
• Additional experience in Housekeeping Operations will be considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Skilled in operating hotel management software (reservation, check in & check out)
Key Responsibilities
To coordinate and monitor all activities in a large and culturally diverse accommodation facilities (LQ, PAB, Staff house, Project minicamp), Offices and estate management covering a wide range of interpersonal and logistical activities and perspective.
The Facility Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing Food & Beverage Operations, Housekeeping, and Office Management for a facility serving 200+ people. This role requires a solid understanding of food cost management and accountability for the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, understanding hygiene standards, and understating office management.
Food & Beverage Operations:
• Oversee daily operations, including staff management, cost control, and maintaining high service and quality standards.
• Manage food inventory, ensure ingredient quality, develop menus, train staff, and maintain hygiene standards.
• Create budgets and manage vendor relationships to achieve business goals and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Supervise food and beverage preparation and service. Demonstrate passion for food and knowledge of diverse culinary styles and techniques.
• Assist in menu planning, pricing, and monthly inventory.
• Design menus, manage purchasing, and implement continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Reduce food waste, optimize food costs, and maintain databases for ordering and usage.
• Audit food supplies for quality and coordinate with logistics for food and housekeeping support.
• Support company events and celebrations (e.g., Independence Day, Eid, Christmas)
Housekeeping Operation:
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the facility by supervising staff, managing budgets and inventory, and enforcing health and safety compliance.
• Key responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, performance management, and resolving guest concerns.
• Knowledge on Effective pest control to ensure hygiene workplace, accommodation and kitchen
Budget Management:
• Monitor and control operational budgets effectively.
• Maintain accountability for food cost and P&L performance.
Staff Management:
• Lead a team of 50+ staffs, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Lead, train, and supervise a team consisting of 50+ staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Conduct daily toolbox meeting, monthly safety meeting
Customer Service:
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards for guest satisfaction.
Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations.
Inventory Management:
• Supervise and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure timely PR-PO (Purchase Requisition-Purchase Order) to maintain inventory stock for – food, drinking water, housekeeping items, kitchen equipment and any other supplies.
• Prepare Weekly food Order Sheet focusing on usage considering cost optimization and reduce waste and maintain excel based database.
